Speaker Bio:

Adam Worth
Adam heads up the Training team at SSG whilst also delivering both training and consultancy services, his specialisms being CoSHH and Mental Health.
Adam’s industry experience, following his degree in Chemistry, spans across chemistry and textile manufacturing, working in senior roles developing systems and procedures and effecting behavioural and cultural change. 
 
Manuela Grossmann
Manuela heads up the HR and Employment Law team at SSG and delivers training and consultancy services.
Manuela has extensive experience across a variety of industry sectors ranging from hospitality, construction and manufacturing to charities. She specialises in employee relations, performance and organisational restructures.
