The seminar will provide an overview of what ISO standards are about with a key focus around the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, why ISO 9001 is of value to all organisations including small businesses, what’s entailed in the journey to obtaining and maintaining ISO certification and will share the experience from our over 20 years experience of implementing and auditing ISO management systems across multiple industry sectors.
