In recorded history, I am the only person to have achieved both of the above awards when going through the Depot of The Parachute Regiment.

This is the true story of how a slight built country lad from a small village called Frogpool in Cornwall volunteered to join The Parachute Regiment as a day one, week one, Crow recruit and through six months of rigorous training prevailed to achieve both the Champion Recruit award and the award for the Best All Round Recruit on P-Company Pre Parachute Selection Test Week.
